Drone Training

POSH Training

Enhansafe is passionate about spreading POSH awareness by collaborating with corporations and educational institutions to ensure a safe work environment. We offer a wide range of training programmes that are designed to educate, empower and create safer environments for professionals. Our specially crafted POSH training programs focus on promoting gender sensitization, professional behavior, and a culture of respect at workplaces.

Under the leadership of our Co-Founder & Director, Mrs. Tanushree Shrivastava, a certified POSH, POCSO, and women’s Safety trainer, Enhansafe has successfully conducted numerous training sessions across schools, institutes, and corporate sectors. Our programs cover critical topics such as women’s safety, workplace violence, and child sexual offences, offering practical insights and strategies to recognize, respond, and report inappropriate behavior.

POCSO Training

Enhansafe works with genuinity to raise awareness and reduce possible risk factors related to child sexual abuse in India. Our specially crafted curriculum covers critical topics. It includes identifying warning signs, maintaining safer physical environments, promoting healthy communication and understanding healthy sexuality, and implementing effective preventive measures.

These are led by certified POCSO and Women Safety trainer Mrs. Tanushree Shrivastava. Her sessions work awesome in encouraging students, teachers, parents, and caregivers with practical strategies to identify, respond to, and report abuse.

Security Manning Training

Enhansafe India Pvt. Ltd. provides Security Manning Training to equip security personnel with the competencies required for efficient risk management and safety assurance. Our training program includes important topics like surveillance skills, emergency response, access control, crowd control, and conflict resolution.
